The gym has over 30 stations with a wide selection of both cardio and resistance machines including an Olympic squat rack, shoulder press, chest press and a wide selection of free weights.
With over 30 classes each week on our Group Exercise programme we know you’ll find something that helps you to have fun whilst getting fitter!
Monday – Friday 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
