Learning to swim is a key life skill for anyone of any age, and we are proud to deliver over 117,500 lessons across our centres each year to children and adults in South Kesteven.
The LeisureSK Swim School follows the Swim England Learn to Swim programme, the industry-leading programme for delivering safe, inclusive and effective swimming lessons for all ages.
For us, it doesn't matter if you are 3 or 83, learning to swim gives you or your child the ability to get yourself/themselves out of potentially life-threatening situations and for the whole family to enjoy beach/pool holidays to the full.
Adult and child swimming lessons are just £32.00 a month and includes
Free Swimming to public sessions at all leisuresk pools.

Our weekly classes start with our parent & baby sessions and pre-school classes developing water confidence and then move into the main Stage 1-7 programmes as your child starts school.
Our lessons cover all four main strokes (front crawl, breast-stroke, butterfly and backstroke) and also include the water skills to ensure confidence and comfort in the water. Water safety is an integral part of our swimming programme to ensure that children are also aware of the potential dangers around water.
From stage 8 onwards we offer children a range of options to further their interests and aquatic journey. We do this by offering a pathway into local community clubs including competitive swimming, Rookie lifeguard, and water polo.

We encourage everyone on our swimming lesson programme to enjoy the water outside of their set lessons so everyone who Learns to Swim with us receives free swimming sessions as a benefit of their Swim School membership.

Track your child’s Swim School progress via our Homeportal by clicking here.
Once registered this will enable you to check lesson times, view your child's current progress and if they’re ready to move to the next stage you’ll also be able to make movements to a time that suits you best.
If you have more than one child swimming with us you can link accounts to view them all in one place.
To register you’ll need to use their LeisureSK card number (older 1Life cards are still valid) which will have been issued on enrolment.
Details can also be found on the enrolment confirmation email sent when swimmers join the scheme.
My Learn to Swim App
You can make learning to swim even more fun with Swim England’s “My
Learn to Swim” app!
This app allows you to celebrate your child’s achievements as they collect more Swim England’s Learn to Swim Awards by unlocking more characters and stickers as they progress through the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme and get their Stage Certificates.
The My Learn to Swim app is available now on Google Play or in the App Store.
